工程信息网站好不好用就见人见智了，从信息层来说，所有工程信息网站都差不多。
个人认为天工网和瑞恒达是行业上做得比较好的2家网站。都是做了10来年历史，从项目类型丰富度（住宅、办公、学校、医院、商业综合体、工业、道路交通等类型）和项目收录量及准确度比较来说，其他的工程信息网站很难跟得上。
工程信息外，天工网的同城工程人脉交流会做得很好，提供了平台可以认识结交更多的行业朋友，一起交流交换信息。
不要盲目打电话，拿到信息后怎么去打电话，与项目方沟通或者约访，都是有技巧的。你的同行和你面对的项目方都是一样的，同样是打电话约访客户，但有时候客户见你的竞争对手却不见你，这肯定是有理由在里面。
